Four sessions. A year of progress.
Each three-hour quarterly session combines executive insight, focused problem-solving and practical next steps.
Before the session
Complete the annual survey and a short quarterly pulse 10–14 days before each meeting. Bring a real challenge, a clear question and enough context for your peers to contribute meaningfully.
At the table
Learn through Executive Insight, contribute to two 35-minute Decision Labs and make your Ask. Members listen, challenge assumptions respectfully and share relevant experience rather than sell to one another.
After the session
Every one of the eight members receives a personalized Action Board prepared by EMG at the end of each quarterly session. Private case Leadership Briefs follow within one week, with a 30-day accountability check to support follow-through.
Your commitment
Attend all four quarterly, in-person sessions in the Lakeland Region: 12 meeting hours across the membership year, plus preparation and follow-through. Bring openness, discretion and a willingness to contribute to the progress of others. Accepted members sign an NDA and membership agreement before joining.

Founding membership
$1,500 CAD + GST per year
The first 16 people who sign up qualify for founding membership. Your annual fee is locked at $1,500 + GST for your first three membership years. From year four, the annual fee becomes $2,000 + GST.
Standard membership
$2,000 CAD + GST per year
Membership covers a full year of the Inner Circle, including four quarterly sessions and a personalized Action Board prepared by EMG for every member at every session.
A thoughtful application process
Anyone may apply. All four EMG founders review applications to build a group with complementary experience and a strong commitment to contributing. You will receive a response within two weeks of submitting your application.
Acceptance comes before payment. Accepted applicants complete an NDA and formal membership agreement before joining.

Does everyone get an Action Board?
Yes. Each of the eight members receives a unique, personalized Action Board prepared by EMG at the end of every quarterly session, whether or not their challenge is a featured Decision Lab.
Is it confidential?
Accepted applicants are required to sign an NDA before participating. Members are expected to protect one another’s information and create a trusted environment for candid discussion.
Is this offered online?
Sessions currently take place in person in the Lakeland Region. Virtual services are planned for the future.
Can anyone apply?
Yes. Applications are open, and all four founders review each submission. You will receive a response within two weeks. Applying does not require payment.
